The cyberattack issues with JBS threw a little curveball in the chicken market this week, but it was very short-lived. Boneless breast has eased off some, but tenders and bnls thigh markets continue to rise. Small and med wings are starting to show up slowly, and jumbo wings are still on the tighter side. The wog market is in good shape as demand is strong.
Consumer demand should be strong next week as product availability has a slight increase.
Too many to name, but here are a few…The Usual Suspects, Inception, Goodfellas, Chinatown, The Big Lebowski, Fargo, Star Wars (original trilogy), Indiana Jones Franchise, Heat, The Goonies…I could go on and on.

Beef market seems to be leveling off this week. Think we found levels that the consumer is starting to push back on making the beef market take a pause and let the dust settle after the unofficial start of summer.
With the Scare of a cyber-attack on JBS over the holiday weekend. JBS had some production interruption, but it did not have a over effect on the markets.
I don’t have a favorite movie . Anything that I can see things getting blown up is a good movie to me... lol!

Certain species are still in very high demand with low supply, and they will continue to be short for the summer. Containers seem to be hitting the ports and are being unloaded just a little bit faster than the previous weeks.
Product is becoming more available as time goes by, but labor and logistics continue to plague our business.
Saving Private Ryan is my favorite movie. I could watch it over and over.
Pork market continues to go higher with limited availability, and export continue to be strong and leading the way. I don’t see this changing anytime soon in the near future.
Jbs pork plants was down for two days due to the cyber-attack they experienced over the holiday weekend. This made the availability tighter going into next week.
