Whether the customer needs that high volume aggressively priced item or the unique size, flavor and
pack size to better control food costs, HPF can meet the challenge. Special deboning needs are not
a problem.... that special cut chicken, 10 lbs, 20 lbs, 40 lbs boxes no problem.
Super trim items are what we do best. Our USDA facility is HACCP certified to process the finest
products available. Computer controlled portion sizing, deboning lines, multiple marination systems
and modified atmosphere packaging handles tomorrow's opportunities.
JUST - IN - TIME DISTRIBUTION
Available at the Foodservice distributor level, allow Holly Poultry the opportunity to design a
JUST-IN-TIME (JIT) program for you. Identify the advantages of purchasing only the items you need
for tomorrows delivery. Cross-docking all your poultry needs, buyers no longer having to spend time
